Step 1 — Secure Your Date
Action: Review and sign your digital contract.
Once you receive your quote and invoice from us, your event date is officially reserved as soon as the retainer payment is submitted.

Digital contract for e-signature
Invoice + payment link
Confirmation email with next steps
Action: Complete your personalized Event Details Form.
After your date is confirmed, you’ll receive instant access to your Client Portal. This is the main form we use to build your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception timeline. Plan for 20–30 minutes to complete.

Reception timeline (dances, speeches, transitions)
Must-play + do-not-play lists
Important name pronunciations

Step 2 — Start Planning (Portal Access)
Action: Book your 1-on-1 review call with Jay.
Once your Event Details Form is submitted, you’ll book this essential call to walk through everything together. We also summarize all final logistics (vendor contact list, setup times) 7 days before the event.
During the call we will:
Review your entire timeline, minute-by-minute
Confirm music cues, announcements, and lighting
Finalize ceremony audio and mic placement
Make final adjustments based on your vision
Step 3 — Final Details Call
Action: Show up and enjoy the party!
We handle the sound, professional lighting, announcements, and coordination with all vendors and the venue flow. We flawlessly execute the detailed plan we built together.
